- Execution of a two-tier marketing plan
- Experience hiring and training a sales team
- $400k plus sales earnings history
- Ability to understand and discuss issues of strategic business importance with senior executives
- Masterful at articulating software solutions to business and IT people
- Ability to give inspiring presentations and software demonstrations
- Ability to close deals independently
- Excellent interpersonal and team skills
- Start-up experience including participating in building a business within a larger corporation
