This integrated solution uses telephony to route inbound calls to the appropriate collector´s desktop, providing immediate access to the caller´s account information. Whether it´s a designated collector or the next available collector in the call center, no call goes unanswered.

On the outbound side, collection managers can establish smart dialing campaigns or task queues based on account knowledge stored in ezCash. These smart campaigns know when and how to contact debtors, increasing the number of right-party contacts.
